yojamie.ai is an agentic marketing platform from CleverCrow AI. It uses AI agents to help plan, build, launch, monitor and improve marketing for small businesses. This website is a static marketing site; it uses analytics cookies and mailto contact links, and no forms.
Your use
- Use the site and the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
- You keep ownership of your business, your brand, and the content and data you provide.
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for how you use the marketing we help you produce.
AI output
AI agents produce drafts, targeting, and recommendations. You review and approve what goes live. We aim for accuracy, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes, and you should verify anything material before it ships.
Intellectual property
yojamie.ai, the CleverCrow AI name and logo, and the platform remain our property. Content created for your business is created for your use, subject to the plan you’ve agreed to.
Third parties
We may rely on third-party services (for example Google Analytics 4 and YouTube). Your use of those is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
